This competition proposal presents a carefully curated response to Prague 1 fabric. Rooted in the rich historical fabric, the architectural language evolves through refined forms and nuanced references to the surrounding structures, crafting a distinctive expression that resonates effortlessly with its context. The key principles shaping the design are derived from the surrounding architecture and reimagined through a contemporary lens. These principles can be distilled into three main themes: the depth of façade structures, a richness of spatial and formal expression, and the scale and rhythm of the façades, with carefully articulated and celebrated window openings.
