Bella Vista residences
The project aims to aggregate residential units into a system where each of the unit expresses its own individual character. The resulting architectural language is crafted through a fusion of clean lines and well-defined volumes, intricately composed into geometrically rich facades. The overall architectural design provides spacious residential units, visually demarcated by the artful facade articulation. This results in apartments characterized by maximum intimacy and a singular identity. Although all residential units are part of a unified housing complex, each one stands out with its individual character. The presence of lush greenery plays a pivotal role in enhancing the envisioned lifestyle. The entire project seems to seamlessly blend into the context of a park, giving rise to individual private gardens while concurrently facilitating the integration of the residential complex into its natural surroundings.
