HQ staircase
The project establishes a new home for Penta Real Estate and Penta Investments, with the relationship between the two companies articulated through a sculptural spiral staircase. Positioned within a double-height atrium, the staircase forms the spatial centrepiece of the interior and connects the eighth and ninth floors. Within the client-facing zone, a sequence of glazed meeting rooms leads towards the atrium. Here, the staircase acts as both a functional link and a shared architectural landmark, reinforcing the fluid circulation around the central timber core. The staircase gradually emerges from the floor at the ninth level and culminates at the eighth floor in an integrated seating bench, extending its sculptural form into the surrounding communal space.
