HQ Fit Out
The project establishes a new home for Penta Real Estate and Penta Investments, reflecting the ambition to create a workplace defined by a distinctive architectural identity and a highly functional spatial organisation. Grounded in a comprehensive understanding of the companies’ operations, the design responds to the evolving requirements of the contemporary workplace. The spatial concept is organised around a central core containing the principal support functions, with workspaces arranged around its perimeter. This hierarchy is reinforced through the material palette: the core is articulated in oak, creating a warm and tactile counterpoint to the transparency of the glazed partitions that define the surrounding workstation clusters. Visitor-facing spaces and internal working areas are clearly separated, allowing both to function efficiently and independently. At their intersection, a shared communal space provides a flexible setting for informal meetings, discussions, events, training sessions and presentations. The architectural language seeks to be distinctive yet timeless, combining elegance with innovation. A recurring curved geometry guides movement through the interior while integrating linear lighting, ventilation outlets and curtain tracks into a coherent design system. This language is further expressed through the reception desks and sculptural staircase, establishing visual continuity throughout the workplace. Material selection prioritises durability, sustainability and long-term performance. Traditional terrazzo is used within publicly accessible areas, including the lobby and circulation spaces, while the central core combines oak panelling with acoustic felt boards produced from recycled materials. Together, these surfaces introduce warmth, improve acoustic comfort and reduce reverberation across the interior.
