For this project we developed a unique modular timber system that could be deployed across a series of villas on a sloped site. The system allows for standard components to be reused and reconfigured, allowing for variations in the villa types and site configuration. The brief called for a very sustainable design, so the villas are highly insulated and include measures such as incorporating solar panels in the south-facing roof tiles.
